The customer always comes first, and we aim to see our customers have the peace of mind they want from the plumbing services we provide them. Acting honestly and ethically at all times is the only way we do business! It’s also vital for us to be easily available to the customers and always transparent with them. Our customers often become friends, which shows us that we’re meeting our goal of going beyond just “doing a job”—we’re truly taking care of our customers.
Taking Care of the Equipment
Tureks Plumbing Services values having the finest equipment to handle any job. We like to call our trucks “rolling warehouses” because they’re fully stocked with the tools necessary to get almost any plumbing repair job done on the first call. Ensuring we only use the best tools and products is essential for providing terrific service each time.
Taking Care and Time to Learn and Train
We have state-licensed and insured technicians who continue to learn and pass on their training to new employees. Our technicians complete state-certified continuing education classes each year, and we hold our own weekly training classes that keep everyone up to date with technician changes and the current code. Knowing our craft and continuing to grow means that we’ll always have “Terrific People and Terrific Service”!
